The Behavior Technician will be working under the direction and supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

Keene Perspectives (KP) is a rapidly growing company located in Hartford, Vermont.
We provide early intervention behavioral health services, using the principles of applied behavior analysis, for children with autism spectrum disorders and other neurodiverse profiles, 1:
1, in our center-based clinic in White River Junction, Vermont.
Starting hourly pay is based on education and experience after an initial onboarding and training period.
Then, you are placed on our payscale and are part of our regular performance evaluation and growth and development processes.
SCHEDULE:
We provide services Monday-Friday, year round AND we are looking to fill multiple positions! Full-Time Center-Based Behavior Technician:
35 hours per week Early Intervention, ages 2-5 1:
1 care (personalized care and instruction with one client at a time) Year-Round 8:
00-3:
30 M-F plus monthly staff meetings until 4:
30 pm Potential for increased hours for up to 40 hours per week training and dependent on client time available.
(M-F 8-4:
30) - Please inquire specifically if 40 hours is of interest.
Behavior Technician Requirements:
This job requires the ability to follow teaching procedures, behavior intervention plans, utilize digital data collection systems, and document sessions daily with descriptive writing all designed and supervised by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
An ability to problem-solve in the moment, multi-task in a fast-paced environment, communicate well with families and co-workers, and maintain appropriate levels of energy to play, move and engage with children of various ages.
Experience working with people with an autism spectrum diagnosis, other behavioral needs, or experience with ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) is preferred, but not necessary.
A bachelor's degree in psychology, neuroscience, special education, early childhood education or a related field is preferred but not required.
