Role Overview:
As a BCBA at KP, you're at the heart of our mission, delivering pivotal ABA interventions in clinic and school settings.
This role is crafted for those guided by a learner-first mindset, excelling in bespoke intervention strategies.

Key
Responsibilities:
Individualized Treatment:
Craft and continuously refine individualized treatment plans.
Behavioral Assessment:
Lead in behavioral assessments utilizing assessments such as VB-MAPP, PEAK, EFL, EDSM, etc.
Leadership:
Guide and oversee Registered Behavior Technicians, fieldwork supervision, procedural integrity, upholding program excellence.
Community Engagement:
Provide evidence-based support to families and collaborate with community agencies.
Professional Advancement:
Actively engage in professional development and team contributions.
Operational Integrity:
Ensure client confidentiality, meticulous record keeping, and adept use of collaborative technology.
Qualifications:
Mandatory:
BCBA or BCBA-D certification; Vermont licensure eligibility.
Exceptional clinical, communicative, and problem-solving prowess.
Preferred:
Minimum two years' behavior analytic and/or early intervention experience; school consultation interest; leadership capability; team player.
