This is an in-office position at our White River Junction, VT office, offering the opportunity to collaborate closely with our team of experienced attorneys and legal professionals.

Responsibilities:
Assist attorneys in case preparation and management.
Conduct legal research (depending on prior education and on-the-job-training), document drafting, and review.
Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, insurance adjusters, and court personnel.
Manage electronic case files and documentation efficiently.
Provide administrative support as needed.
Ideal Candidates Will Possess:
Proven experience--or aptitude and willingness to quickly learn--as a legal assistant or paralegal in personal injury and/or workers' compensation law (preferred but not required).
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members.
A proactive approach to problem-solving.
Comfortable working in a team environment and collaborating on various projects.
